This 12 pin pigtail harness is used to repair damaged harness connectors for Bosch DEF Pumps.

Often times when DEF Pumps fail, DEF contaminates the harness and damages the pins, requiring replacement.

Sometimes the pins are damaged due due to testing / assembly or disassembly.

Regardless, this harness will resolve your connection issues and doesn't require any special tools to release or crimp new pins.

This repair harness comes to you fully assembled as pictured, and requires splicing into your existing wires.

  • If your package is lost, we take full responsibility. We will replace and fulfill your order at our expense—we do not pass the issue onto our customers.

Warranty & Return

Warranty & Returns (simplified)

Returns:

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Parts must be unused and in original, unopened packaging (25% restocking fee applies if opened).
  • No returns after 30 days.

Warranty:

  • 1-year warranty on all parts, except DEF Pumps (3-month warranty) with required maintenance.
  • If a part fails under warranty, we offer a replacement first. If a replacement isn’t possible within a reasonable time, we will refund the part’s cost.
  • DEF Pump warranties require proof of maintenance (cleaned tank, replaced filters, and verified installation by a technician).

Liability:

  • We are not liable for incidental damages (downtime, labor, lost revenue, etc.).
  • Buyers assume responsibility for proper installation by a qualified professional.
