- Condition of Returned Parts: To be eligible for a return, parts must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. If the product packaging is opened, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
- No Returns Beyond 30 Days: We do not accept returns past the 30-day period.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per the terms of this policy.
Warranty Policy: We stand by the quality of our products with a robust warranty:
- 1-Year General Warranty: We offer a 1-year, no-questions-asked warranty on all parts, with the exception of DEF Pumps.
- DEF Pumps Warranty: DEF Pumps are covered under a 3-month warranty, provided that the tank header suction screen, supply filters, and tank are cleaned by a qualified technician.
- Expedited Warranty Procedure: For an expedited warranty process, we will charge for a replacement part, which will be refunded once the warranty claim is approved.
- Warranty Inspection: Parts submitted for warranty will undergo inspection to validate the warranty claim. This includes verification of the date of purchase, proof of purchase, and for DEF Pumps, a work order confirming that installation procedures were followed.
