Shipping Expectations

At AftertreatmentParts.com, we strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. We advertise overnight shipping, but please note that this is not a guarantee. While we make every effort to ship orders overnight, there are factors beyond our control that can impact delivery times.

All orders submitted before 1PM MST will be fulfilled the same day.  We will also attempt to fulfill overnight orders past 1PM - We often make end of day drop offs to our shippers for late orders.

Factors That May Affect Shipping Times:

Customs & International Shipping

• For cross-border shipments, we prepay and handle all Customs import duties and brokerage fees to simplify and accelerate delivery while reducing costs for you.
• However, Customs processing may introduce additional delays outside our control.

Order Accuracy & Lost Shipments

• We handle a high volume of shipments, and the vast majority arrive on time. However, shipping delays and lost packages do happen occasionally.
• If your package is lost, we take full responsibility. We will replace and fulfill your order at our expense—we do not pass the issue onto our customers.
• We are with you every step of the way and will work to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
