✅ Standard Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Part must be:

    • Unused and uninstalled

    • In original sealed packaging, with part label intact

    • Accompanied by original invoice or order number

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or installed electrical components

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Any item not in resalable condition

  • Items returned without authorization

💵 Restocking Fee

  • A 15%–25% restocking fee may apply based on:

    • Time elapsed since purchase

    • The cost of payment processing, administrative loads, etc

    • The cost of shipping is non refundable.  Packages with "FREE" shipping will have costs associated that are non refundable.

    • You will be respondible for the cost of export/import duty & processing fees, these are non refundable.

📦 How to Return a Part

  1. Submit the return request at the bottom of this page

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a  prepaid return label.  You MUST use this label, as the proper declarations need to be made for customs, otherwise we will incur fees to receive the package which will be billed back to you.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees.
